The Warmest Breast Cancer Charity Initiative of 2025! Cross-sector collaboration to amplify impact.
The Most Influential Charity Event of the Year
Breast cancer has ranked as the leading cancer among women in Taiwan for many years. Breast reconstruction is not only a medical procedure—it’s a vital step toward restoring a woman’s confidence and sense of self. To promote awareness and accessibility of breast reconstruction knowledge and resources, ACL Biomedical, a long-time advocate for women’s health, hosted the “2025 Pink Reborn Public Welfare Forum” on September 19. Joined by partners, the event highlighted the importance of breast cancer prevention and post-surgical recovery. Doctors, partners, and survivors gathered to share through keynote speeches, painting activities, and heartfelt stories. It was more than just warm companionship—it was meaningful action.
Lili Hu, Managing Director of ACL Biomedical, shared: “We’ve long been committed to supporting breast cancer patients through public welfare initiatives, continuously aiding their journey of breast reconstruction and standing by countless women during critical moments of treatment. This year, in addition to participating in various charitable events, we launched the ‘Pink Reborn Charity Program,’ offering Ministry of Health-approved medical devices free of charge to help patients regain their confidence and beauty.”
ACL Biomedical provides breast cancer survivors with the “GalaFLEX Internal Bra,” offering greater options and support throughout their post-reconstruction journey. In collaboration with other partners, ACL Biomedical also contributes additional medical resources, forming a public welfare alliance to help survivors embrace a renewed life.
At the event, Dr. Feng from Taipei Veterans General Hospital was invited to share insights on breast reconstruction surgery and psychological support, emphasizing that reconstruction is not only physical healing—it’s also emotional renewal. Through heartfelt sharing and connection, survivors and guests found hope and strength, expressing that the event made them feel “no longer alone, and inspired by a future worth looking forward to.”
The event also featured a art painting activity, where professional instructors guided survivors in completing their own creations. Through the healing power of color and art, participants were able to feel the uplifting energy of beauty in both body and mind.
For many years, ACL Biomedical has been continuously committed to supporting breast cancer survivors through charitable initiatives—from providing medical device subsidies and hosting educational seminars to offering companionship—always staying at the forefront of women’s health advocacy. Lily Hu emphasized, “Every survivor deserves the opportunity to once again embrace confidence and beauty.” Looking ahead, ACL Biomedical will continue to expand its charitable reach, passing on this empowering support and becoming a leading force in breast reconstruction advocacy.
